All three are mineral, all three are $62, and all three build from sheer to full, so the difference is finish rather than coverage. Liquid is the dewiest and suits drier, mature or easily upset skin. Loose powder is a soft matte with SPF 20+ built in, lovely for shine and humid days. The pressed compact presses in, keeps shine in check and lives in your handbag. Plenty of my customers own two.

It is the step that makes the biggest visible difference to how foundation looks and how long it lasts. If your base separates around the nose, clings to dry patches or fades by the afternoon, the Mattifying Primer sorts all three at once. It is silicone free, so it smooths without laying a film over your skin.

This is the skin I formulate for, because it is my own. No talc, no bismuth oxychloride, no fillers, and everything here is non comedogenic. As with anything new, patch test if you are in the middle of a flare, and do write to me if you would like to talk it through before you spend anything.

Because foundation is a personal use item I am not able to take it back for shade choice, which is exactly why the free matching and the $3 samples exist.
