Shine, without the tack
Sticky is the reason most of us gave up on gloss somewhere around 2004. The shine here comes from castor, coconut and grapeseed oils rather than the synthetic polymers that create that pull, so it feels like oil on your lips rather than glue. It is the thing our customers mention most, and nobody ever asks them to.

Nourishing enough to wear as lip care
Organic cocoa butter, shea, jojoba and vitamin E do real conditioning work on dry lips rather than sitting prettily on top of them. Wear it alone on a bare face, over your lipstick for depth, or on its own before bed. Your lips are better off for it either way.

Alone, for everyday
One sweep on bare lips. Enough colour to look like you have made an effort, enough oil to count as looking after yourself.

Over lipstick, for depth
A dot in the centre of your bottom lip, then press your lips together. It lifts the whole thing without dulling the colour underneath.

Keep it in your bag
Exactly the right size for a handbag and it needs no mirror at all. Reapply whenever you feel like it.

Or wear it to bed
The clear shade over a bare mouth works beautifully as an overnight treatment. The cocoa butter and shea do the rest while you sleep.

Anything you are wondering
Is it sticky?
No, and it is far and away the question we get asked most. There are no synthetic polymers in it, which is what creates that tacky pull in a conventional gloss. Four separate women have mentioned it in their reviews without being asked, which is rather why we lead with it.
Which colour will suit me?
It's Clear to Me suits absolutely everyone and is the safest place to start. The pinks flatter almost every colouring, the nudes are your everyday, and the reds and Wine Not are lovely for evening. If you would like a personal recommendation, send me a selfie in daylight with bare lips and I will pick two that will suit you.
How much colour will I actually get?
Real colour from one pass, not a barely there tint. Gloss is also more forgiving than lipstick because it goes on sheerer, so a shade you love the look of will almost certainly work on you.
Is it vegan?
Yes. The gloss uses organic carnauba wax rather than beeswax, so it is genuinely vegan as well as cruelty free. Worth knowing that our Mineral Lipstick does contain beeswax, so if vegan matters to you, this is the lip product to reach for.
Can I wear it over my lipstick?
Yes, and it is how a lot of our customers use it. A dot in the centre of your bottom lip, pressed together, adds real dimension without dulling the shade underneath. Expect to freshen both together.
Will it help with dry or chapped lips?
Yes. Organic cocoa butter, shea butter, jojoba and vitamin E are doing genuine conditioning work rather than simply adding slip. Several of our customers use the clear shade as an overnight lip treatment, which I rather love.
What does it smell and taste like?
Faintly of vanilla and cocoa, because that is what is actually in it. No added fragrance, no flavouring, nothing synthetic.
