How to Use
Wiggle the wand from the base of your lashes and sweep upward. Build extra coats while the first is still slightly wet. To remove, use a gentle cleanser and warm water, giving it a few extra seconds of soft fingertip work rather than rubbing.

How to get the most from it

Start at the roots and wiggle
Press the wand right into the base of your lashes and wiggle it side to side before you sweep upward. Everything that makes lashes look thicker happens at the root, and it puts the conditioning complex exactly where you want it.

Second coat while the first is still wet
Build your coats one after another while the last is still slightly wet. Waterproof formulas set quickly, so layering straight away gives you smooth, separated volume rather than little clusters.

Twist the wand, do not pump it
Pumping pushes air into the tube and dries the formula out early, which is what turns a lovely mascara into a flaky one by month two. Twist as you pull it out instead.

Remove with a gentle cleanser in the shower
Warm water and a gentle cleanser lift it away. Because it holds so well, give it a few extra seconds of soft fingertip work and let the warmth do the job rather than rubbing, which is kinder to your lashes.

What does the lash conditioning complex do?
It is there to care for your lashes while you wear it. Peptides including myristoyl pentapeptide-17, biotinoyl tripeptide-1 and acetyl tetrapeptide-3 sit alongside biotin, pumpkin seed, ginseng and swertia japonica to condition the lashes you already have, so they look stronger, fuller and healthier. Because it is in your mascara, you get it every day without adding a step to your routine.
Is it waterproof?
Yes. It holds through heat, humidity, exercise and the odd emotional moment without migrating under your eyes. It still comes off with a gentle cleanser and warm water, it just needs a few more seconds than a water based mascara.
Will it suit sensitive eyes or contact lenses?
Many women with sensitive eyes wear it happily. As with any new eye product, if your eyes are particularly reactive or you wear lenses daily, try it on one eye first for a day or two, and put your lenses in before your makeup.
Does it clump?
Not if you build your coats straight after one another. The smooth, buildable texture is designed to separate and coat each lash, so you can go from natural to intense volume without clumps.

Both. It gives intense volume with visible lengthening, so short or sparse lashes look longer and fuller from the first coat, and it builds beautifully from there.
How long should a tube last?
Three months from opening, which is the standard for any mascara and worth sticking to, because eyes are delicate. Twisting rather than pumping the wand will keep it perfectly fresh right through that window.
Is it vegan?
This mascara is cruelty free and never tested on animals, but it is not vegan, as it contains a little beeswax. That is part of what gives it its smooth, buildable texture and lovely hold. If vegan matters to you, just ask me and I will happily point you to the right products.
