Description

Vitamin C exfoliating crystals gently polish skin, boost brightness, and promote smooth, renewed complexion with customisable exfoliation.♥

Reveal fresher, brighter skin with Exfoliating Vitamin C Crystals — a gentle yet effective polishing treatment designed to refine texture and enhance radiance.

These ultra-fine crystals harness the brightening power of Vitamin C and malic acid to lift away dry, dull surface cells while supporting healthy skin renewal. Aloe vera helps maintain skin comfort and pH balance, ensuring exfoliation feels smoothing rather than stripping.

Designed for flexibility, these crystals can be blended with your cleanser to customise exfoliation intensity — from soft daily polishing to deeper weekly resurfacing. The result is skin that looks smoother, clearer, and naturally luminous.

Made in Australia using carefully selected botanical extracts and actives, this treatment transforms exfoliation into a skin-refining ritual.

Why it is different

Polished, not stripped

1

Dry is the reason the vitamin C still works

Pure vitamin C is a famously unstable ingredient. The moment it meets water it begins to oxidise, which is why so many vitamin C products are past their best long before the bottle is empty. Keeping it as a dry crystal solves that completely. Nothing happens in the jar. The L-ascorbic acid sits there inert and fully potent until the second it meets your cleanser in your palm, and then it goes to work.

2

You decide how strong it is

This is the part no bottled scrub can offer. More cleanser and fewer crystals gives you a soft weekly polish. More crystals and less cleanser gives you a proper resurface before an event. Your skin is not the same in July as it is in January, and it is not the same the week before your period as the week after, so being able to dial it up and down is worth more than any fixed formula.

3

Soft rounded rice, not crushed shells

Scrubs earned their bad reputation honestly. Jagged particles like crushed nut shells and sugar cause tiny tears in the skin surface, which is why dermatologists spent a decade steering women away from them. Organic rice powder is soft and rounded, so it polishes rather than scratches. Alongside it, malic acid does the chemical half of the work, and it is the mildest of the fruit acids, slower and kinder than glycolic. Both approaches, at the gentle end of each.

What is in it

The four that matter

Waterless which is what keeps the vitamin C potent in the jar
Malic acid the gentlest of the fruit acids, milder than glycolic
Rice powder organic, soft and rounded, never crushed shells
1–2 a week and you set the strength yourself, every time
The ritual

How to get the most from it

01

A pinch into your cleanser

Squeeze your usual cleanser into your palm, then tip a small amount of crystals on top and mix them together with a fingertip. That mixing moment is when the vitamin C activates.

02

The ratio is the strength

More cleanser and fewer crystals for a soft polish. More crystals for a deeper resurface. If you are new to it, start with barely any and see how your skin feels the next morning before you go further.

03

Damp skin, small circles, no pressure

Let the crystals do the work rather than your hands. Thirty seconds of light circular movement is plenty, and pressing harder does not exfoliate better. Keep clear of the eye area, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

04

Once or twice a week, and SPF after

Freshly polished skin is more exposed to sun than usual, so sunscreen the next morning matters more than ever. Follow with your serum and moisturiser while skin is still damp and everything absorbs beautifully.

Questions

Anything you are wondering

How often should I use it?

Once or twice a week suits most skin. Let your skin lead rather than a schedule: if it feels tight, stings when you apply your serum, or looks red, that is your barrier asking you to ease off for a few days. Skin that is exfoliated well looks smooth and calm.

Is this a scrub or an acid?

Both, at the gentle end of each. The organic rice powder is a soft rounded physical polish rather than the jagged crushed shells that gave scrubs their bad name, and the malic acid is a mild fruit acid that loosens dead cells chemically while you work. A little of each is considerably kinder than relying heavily on either.

How much should I use?

Less than you think to begin with. A small pinch mixed into a full pump of cleanser is a soft polish. Half a teaspoon in a smaller amount of cleanser is a serious resurface. Work your way up over a few weeks rather than starting at the top.

Does it work with any cleanser?

Yes, any cleanser you already like. It is especially lovely with our Purifying Enzyme Cleanser, since the enzymes and the crystals do complementary jobs, and the two together are the weekly deep clean a lot of my customers settle into.

Can I use it with my Vitamin A serum?

Yes, but not on the same night. Exfoliate on a night you are skipping the vitamin A and let your skin have the evening off from actives afterwards. Layering acids and retinoids on the same night is the fastest way to upset a barrier that was perfectly happy.

My skin is sensitive. Will this suit me?

Very possibly, and the adjustable strength is exactly why. Start with the smallest pinch you can manage in a generous amount of cleanser, use it once a week, and see how you go. If your skin is irritated right now, let it settle first and let the Rejuvenating Peptide Moisturiser do its work before you introduce this.

Will it sting?

A very mild tingle can happen and settles quickly. Genuine stinging means either too many crystals or skin that is not ready, so rinse, use less next time, and leave a few more days between uses.

Is it safe during pregnancy?

There is nothing in this formula that appears on the standard avoid lists, but I am not able to give medical advice. Show the ingredient list to your GP or midwife and follow what they tell you. For reference, the one product I ask you to set aside while pregnant or breastfeeding is the Enriching Vitamin A Serum.

Where is it made?

Australia. Our entire skincare range is made here to professional grade standards in small batches, and it is vegan and cruelty free. Every order is packed and posted by us from our studio.

Shipping and returns within Australia?
