The order things go on in matters
Most women who feel their skincare is not working do not have bad products. They have good products in the wrong order, or three that do the same job and none that do another. A set removes that problem entirely. Everything here was chosen to sit alongside the rest, in a sequence that makes sense, so you can stop researching and simply enjoy using it.

Full sizes, because results take time
Nothing in this set is a sachet or a miniature. Actives need weeks of consistent use before they show you what they can do, and a trial size runs out long before that happens, which is how women conclude something did not work when really it never got the chance. You are getting enough of each to judge it properly.

Made and sent by a small Australian business
We are not a warehouse. Every order is packed and posted by us, our skincare is Australian made in small batches, and nothing sits on a shelf for a year before it reaches you. If something is not right when it arrives, you are writing to the person who put it in the box, which is a very different experience from a customer service queue.

Are these full sizes or samples?
Full sizes, unless the description above specifically says otherwise. I would much rather send you enough of something to judge it fairly than a sachet that runs out in a week.
What order do I use them in?
As a general rule: cleanse, then thinnest to thickest. Toner, then serum, then moisturiser, then oil, and sunscreen last of a morning. Each product page has its own detailed ritual, and if you would like a routine written out for your particular skin, email me and I will do it for you.
Can I swap something in the set?
Not through the website, but very often yes if you ask. Write to me with what you would like to change and why, and if it is something I can do I will put a custom order together for you at the same value.
How do I know if this is the right set for my skin?
Tell me about your skin and I will tell you honestly, including if the answer is that a different set, or fewer products, would serve you better. I would rather you bought the right thing once than the wrong thing twice.
Is it safe during pregnancy?
It depends what is in the set. I am not able to give medical advice, so show the ingredient lists to your GP or midwife and follow what they tell you. For reference, the one product I ask you to set aside while pregnant or breastfeeding is the Enriching Vitamin A Serum. If it is included here, email me and I will substitute something suitable.
Does it include foundation? How do I get the shade right?
If your set includes foundation, take the Shade Finder Quiz before you order, or send me a selfie in daylight with a bare face and I will match you myself. It takes a minute and it saves everybody a great deal of trouble.
Where is it made?
We are Australian owned and run. Our skincare range is Australian made to professional grade standards in small batches, and a few makeup items are manufactured to our formulation overseas, with each product page saying so. Every order is packed and posted by us from our studio here.
Shipping and returns within Australia?
Free standard shipping on this order, express $15. Returns are for damaged or faulty items, reported within 5 days, so do ask me first if you are unsure whether a set suits you.
