Less often than you think
Cleanse morning and night, exfoliate once or twice a week and no more. Over exfoliating is the single most common cause of the sensitivity people then try to treat with more products. If your skin feels tight afterwards, you have done too much.

How often should I exfoliate?
Once or twice a week is plenty for most people. The crystals are gentle, but exfoliation is still exfoliation, and more is not better. If your skin feels tight afterwards, cut back.
Can I use both on the same day?
Yes. Cleanse first, then exfoliate on the days you do. Follow with a moisturiser while your skin is still slightly damp.
Will this suit sensitive skin?
It is what it was built for. There is no synthetic fragrance and no harsh grit. Patch test on your inner arm for a couple of days if you are mid flare.
Are these full sizes?
Yes, both. I would much rather send you enough of something to judge it fairly than a sachet that runs out in a week.
